Pros At Cons (pros-at-cons.com) is operated by Sabataj Studios, LLC ("we," "us"). This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We only collect information you choose to send us through the contact form: your first and last name, email address, the services you're interested in, and any details you share about your convention or event (event name, website, dates, and notes). If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss booking, and follow up about your event. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-handling service, which passes your message to our email inbox. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policy.
This site serves its own fonts from our server, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font service. The video on The Tour page is embedded from Vimeo; when that video loads, Vimeo receives standard technical information such as your IP address and may set its own cookies, governed by Vimeo's privacy policy.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (for example, IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability.
We do not set cookies ourselves, and we do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking tools on this site. The only cookies you may encounter come from the embedded Vimeo video described above. If that changes, we will update this page.
