Travel / Lodging
Single-occupancy room for each guest, near the event.
Hotel stay begins the day before the event and ends the day after.
Travel arrangements discussed based on distance.

One shared Exhibit Hall table with table, chairs, pipe, drape, etc.
Official guest announcement for each guest, when possible.
Guest credentials for each guest.
Storytime Needs
Access to Audio and Video systems with HDMI plugins.
Three microphones connected to audio system.
